Preparing and shipping your order

Your order is prepared and dispatched the same day from Toulouse in France if you order before 2pm Monday to Friday inclusive.
Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched the following Monday, or the next working day if this is a public holiday.

Partial order delivery

If your order includes one or more products in the process of being restocked, you can request partial shipment of your order by contacting our support team.
The missing product(s) will be shipped free of charge as soon as possible.

Destinations and deadlines

We ship to most countries worldwide via our transport partners.
Click on a partner carrier to see details of the countries eligible for delivery: Colissimo by La Poste and Chronopost.
In metropolitan France and Monaco, your parcels in standard home delivery, Pickup relays and post offices are delivered by La Poste within 48 working hours (average delivery time recorded*).
Abroad, our partner Chronopost provides express delivery, with delivery times varying from country to country.
For example, to

• Europe: 2 to 5 days
• DOM and TOM: 48h/72h
• Rest of the world: 3 to 5 days

*In exceptional cases, this may take up to 3 or 4 days (e.g. during holiday periods such as Christmas).

Follow-up

An e-mail is sent to you when your order has been shipped.
You’ll find your order tracking number and a link to follow each step of the shipping process.

Standard delivery is offered for orders of €100 or more.
